Here at Colchester United Community Foundation we run sessions every Thursday between 5-6pm at the JobServe Community Stadium, on the astro pitches at the back of the car park. The sessions are fully inclusive and open to anyone over the age of 50.

Walking Football is a slower version of the beautiful game that allows people to play football for longer. It is a great way to get outside and exercise, making friends along the way. With no running, jogging or heading and physical contact kept to a minimum, it is a fun and safe way for players to stay or get back into football.

Alternatively, parking can be paid for using the information on the signs. Failure to do both may result in a Parking Charge Notice as per the signs in the carpark.*
